This Jersey Shore restaurant has been around since 1994. Jameson has cultivated a deep passion for serving his customers for 30+ years, as he will say "A little bit of the South, up North."
First came Country Kitchen in Long Branch, then relocating to Neptune City, as Jameson's Southern Cooking. When asked for the dish that most represents his style of cooking;
"barbecue ribs, fried chicken, baked mac & cheese, collard greens with corn bread."

With historical significance, consistency and quality of the food, Jameson's has catered for hospitals throughout Monmouth County, as well as different celebrities, such as blues musician BB King and his band, Patti LaBelle and Aretha Franklin, when they would perform at Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank. Jameson's restaurant has had an impact on it's neighborhood in sharing his legacy and culture through his southern cuisine. In the process he has earned support and recognition.
